- Participation in MONDURO is strictly at the participant’s own risk. The liability of the event organisers, including liability arising from third-party claims, is limited to cases of deliberate intent or gross negligence. This also applies to auxiliary persons and vicarious agents deployed by the race organisers. Contractual liability of the race organisers for damages is excluded unless such damages result from grossly negligent or intentional acts.
- The race organisers cannot be held liable for any failure or deficiency in services provided by third parties where the organisers have acted only as an intermediary and such services have been clearly identified as external services in the event description.
- The race organisers cannot be held liable for any failure in services resulting from statutory provisions or official directives that prevent a rider from participating in the event, either wholly or partially.
- The race organisers cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen clothing, valuables or equipment. Participants are advised to obtain adequate insurance.
- If a participant requires or engages third-party services, particularly search and rescue services, the race organisers shall be indemnified against any resulting costs. Participants authorise the organisers to collect any applicable charges.
- By registering for the event, participants consent to the collection, use, circulation and publication of event-related information, including their name, stage name, placement and results, as well as photographs, videos and interview recordings, without remuneration.
- In the event of a re-run, the Race Director shall have sole authority to order a re-run, provided that plausible negligence is established following an inquiry involving the President, Race Director, volunteers and/or riders.
- Riders may be required to disclose any affiliations with political parties or government services during registration. Failure to provide such information may result in appropriate action in accordance with applicable laws.
- Riders must comply with all laws, regulations and directives issued by the Government and Army due to the location of the event and its proximity to military areas. The use of drones, cameras, photography and videography may be prohibited in certain areas without prior notice.
- International riders must submit a copy of their passport and visa, along with local contact details, contact information of a person in their country of domicile (preferably a family member), and insurance information, if applicable.
